Meet Rodney…It may be evident in his photos that this guy just has swagger! JCP first met him after he competed in a local dance competition. His timing was impeccable. He just sort of does his own thing out there and it really works in his favor. Although you may not see him doing many line dances, you will definitely see him doing the Texas one step or country swing partner dancing. He carries the same swagger every step and every move.
