Meet Lyle, born and raised in New York, now a Nashville native. Since moving to Tennessee, he’s built 10 years of stage experience leading group exercise with Les Mills as an Instructor up to the International Presenter level.

Over time, Lyle transitioned his fitness workout energy to line dancing and partner dance with lifts as a fun social way to stay fit and healthy.

He is passionate about dance and made it into a lifestyle practice to now perform and lead on the dance floor.
